Scottish Rite
Charitable
Foundation
Approved

Hurray! We have just been informed by the Internal Revenue Service that our application for a Valley of Cleveland Charitable Foundation has been approved. This means that members, corporations, and other individuals may make contributions to this foundation and be able to take a charitable tax deduction on their income tax return. The by-laws of the Foundation allows it to expend these funds for the historical preservation of our Masonic Temple, located at 3615 Euclid Avenue, scholarships, and for philanthropies which will included , among others, Supreme Council Charities and Learning Centers. Please look in the next issue of the Scottish Rite News for an expanded write-up on this Foundation.
