LADIES' ASSOCIATION “Sweet meeting” on schedule for Valentine’s Day By Jan Freitag The Note Ability Barbershop Quartet
On November 14, 2000, the Ladies' Scottish Rite Association held their last meeting for the calendar year. Everyone enjoyed a delicious luncheon and the wonderful entertainment, a barbershop quartet called the Note Ability comprised of Karen, Dawn, Maggie and Marlaine. We all hope that you and your families had a lovely holidays filled with good memories and lots of cheer. Now that we have started a new year, it is time to look forward to our next meeting which will be on February 13, 2001. Our luncheon will be served at 12 noon and our entertainment will be Mr. Bill Malley, Jr., from Malley’s Candy. He has promised us that he will sweeten our Valentine’s Day celebration with some of their fine candies. So get out your favorite RED articles to wear that day, then we can all truly say “We were seeing red.” To make reservations, please use the mail-in coupon on page 24 of this issue of the Scottish Rite News, or call the Valley office at (216) 432-2370. If you have any questions or perhaps need a ride, please call me at (440) 585-1872. Mark you calendars today and make your reservations now so you don’t miss out on this really sweet opportunity. See you all on February 13th.
