Brethren, I would like you to seriously consider a life membership in the Valley of Cleveland. This is a win---win situation for you and our
Valley.
On page seven, you will see a comparison of the current life membership table versus the life membership table that becomes effective in January 2002.There are a couple of reasons for the drastic difference between the two tables First of all, the dues in the Valley of Cleveland will go from $35 to $45 per year effective January 2002. This increase was necessitated by the fact that Supreme Council raised our per capita dues from $3 to $8.50. (The last dues increase was in
1988).
Secondly, the rate used to determine the current table is completely
outdated.
As I mentioned, this is a win---win situation! You don’t have to ever worry about any future dues increases and the Valley does not have to worry about suspending
you.
Please give this proposal special consideration, and remember...you must act soon!!
