Officers: History of Masonic Temple By Janice Herbst The Scottish Rite Ladies” Association held their meeting of February 12, 2002 in the Cleveland Masonic Center. The ladies enjoyed a delicious luncheon prepared and served by Sharon Jaksey and members of the Nottingham Eastern Star. The food was enjoyed by everyone. A talk on the history of the Cleveland Masonic Temple highlighted our day as John Youngblood, Secretary of the Valley of Cleveland filled us in on our building’s history and the refurbishing that is taking place throughout the building. There is so much that we didn’t know about the building and John filled us in. Our next meeting will be on May 14th at which time a Style Show of Fashions will be presented. ( Luncheon reservation form at bottom of this page) We would like to thank Belva Smith and Marlene Beaver being our Chairperson and Co-Chairperson of the style show. We know it will be a success with the profit from the show going to the 32nd Degree Masonic Learning Center housed right here in our building. I’m sure you are all looking forward to spring as I am. At this writing it’s just around the corner. We hope to see you and your friends at the Festival of Fashion Style Show and luncheon on May 14th. You are invited.....
