The Cape Cod Adventure scheduled for July 8-13, 2002 is sold-out. A standby list has been started on a first come first served basis. To get on the list, complete the coupon below on the page, and send it in to the Valley of Cleveland Secretary at the address shown. Do not send any money with your standby reservation. You will be put at the top of the standby list in the order that your standby reservation is received. If a cancellation occurs, the person at the top of the standby list will be contacted. The payment schedule set up for this trip is equal payments of the balance are due on the first of February, March, April, May and a final payment in full on June 1st. For a reservation made as a result of a cancellation, the down payment due will be the total of the original down payment per person of $160.00 plus the past monthly payments due to be current with the payment schedule. The cancellation policy for the Cape Cod trip is a full refund if cancelled on or before May 1, 2002. After May 1st, a $25.00 service fee will be charged. After June 1st a replacement passenger must be found before any refund can be made. Of course, any time a replacement is found, a full refund will be made. |
