Valley Travelers to make trip to   unknown destination in October Where are we going? Join us and see. It’ll be lots of fun!

The itinerary for our Mystery Trip has been finalized. We will leave on Friday, October 11th and return on Monday, October 14th. The day-by-day details are known only by the driver and the tour guide. However, this much can be told.

Day 1 (Friday, October 11th)We leave BRT Garage at 7:00 a.m. and head for-----????

Day 2 (Saturday, October 12th)? ? ?

Day 3 (Sunday, October 13th? ? ?

Day 4 (Monday, October 14th)Return Home after a great trip.

The above itinerary is confirmed. However itineraries can be subject to change due to circumstances and conditions beyond our control.

The cost of the trip is $550 per person, double occupancy; single occupancy is $680; triple occupancy is $518 per person; and quad occupancy is $494 per person. Included in the cost are:

1. Round trip deluxe motor coach transportation.

2. Three nights hotel accommodations (including taxes).

3. Three breakfasts, two lunches, and three dinners (including tax and gratuities.

4. Admissions, tickets and fees to all attractions (including taxes).

5. Luggage handling (one bag per person).

6. Tips for Tour Escort and the Driver.

We have 50 seats available. To make a reservation, it is necessary to fill our the reservation form below and send it in with a check for $150 down payment per person made out to The Scottish Rite/Valley of Cleveland to John Youngblood, Secretary, at the address shown on the form. Seats on all Valley Travelers trips are assigned on a first come first receipt of the reservation form with the required down payment. Telephone reservations will not be accepted.

As in the past, we have set up a payment schedule for your convenience.

Equal payments of $200 per person are due on August 1st and September 1st.

Payment in full is due by September 15th. For reservations made after August 1st, the down payment per person is $150 plus the August 1st payment to be current with the payment schedule.

The cancellation policy is a full refund if cancelled on or before September 1, 2002. After September 1, 2002, a $25 service fee will be charged. After September 15th, a replacement passenger must be found before any refund can be made. Of course, any time a replacement passenger is found, a full refund will be made.
