The itinerary for The Scottish Rite Valley Traveler's Mystery Trip is set. We leave BRT Garage at 7:00 a.m. on Friday, October 11th, and return home in the evening of Monday, October 14th.

Although the itinerary is confirmed, itineraries can be subject to change due to circumstances and conditions beyond our control.

The cost of the trip is $550 per person/double occupancy; single occupancy is $680; triple occupancy is $518 per person; and quad occupancy is $494 per person. Included in the price is: (1) Round trip deluxe motor coach transportation. (2) Three nights hotel accommodations (including tax); (3) Three breakfasts, two lunches, and three dinners (including tax and gratuities); (4) Admissions, tickets and fees to all attractions (including taxes); (5) Luggage handling--one bag per person; (6) Tips for Tour Escort and driver.

At copy deadline for this issue, we still have some seats available. To make a reservation, fill out the reservation form below and mail it in with your check for the full amount made out to “The Scottish Rite/Valley of Cleveland” to the address on the reservation form.

Seats on all Valley Traveler Adventures are assigned on a first come...first receipt of the reservation form and the required payment. Telephone reservations cannot be accepted.

Payment in full is due September 15th. The cancellation policy is a full refund if cancelled on or before September 1, 2002. After September 1, a $25 service fee will be charged. After September 15, a replacement passenger must be found before any refund can be made. Of course, anytime a replacement is found, a full refund will be made.
