BRETHREN ON THE GO!!! Our summer vacation trip, the combined rail and motor coach excursion, to Montreal, Quebec and the Charlevoix Region of Canada, is filling up fast. At copy deadline, there was limited space still available. The itinerary was published in detail in the January/February 2003 issue of the Scottish Rite News. Don’t miss out on this fabulous trip. Fill out the reservation form below and send it in with your check made out to “The Scottish Rite/Valley of Cleveland” for the proper down payment to John Youngblood, Secretary at the address shown on the form. Seats on all Valley Traveler trips are assigned on a first come...first served basis and have the required down payment. Telephone reservations are not accepted. When the remaining seats are booked, a standby list will be started. The cost of the trip is $920 per person/ double occupancy; single occupancy is $1185: and triple occupancy is $853 per person. following: As in the past, we have set up a payment schedule for your convenience. Equal payments of the balance are due on the first of March, April, May and a final payment in full on June 1st. For reservations made after March 1st, the down payment per person is $120 plus the March 1st payment to be current with the payment schedule. The cancellation policy is a full refund if cancelled on or before May 1, 2003. After May 1st, a $25 service fee will be charged. After June 1st, a replacement passenger must be found before any refund can be made. Of course, anytime a replacement traveler is found, a full refund will be made. This is the year for our triennial trip to see the Holiday Festival of Lights at Oglebay State Park. During the the last three years, they have been adding to and/or modifying their displays. We are looking at a couple of itineraries and dates after Thanksgiving. It will be a one-day trip and will include dinner. The itinerary cost and space available plus a reservation form will be published in the May-June 2003 issue of the Scottish Rite News.
