The cost of the trip is $920 per person/double occupancy; single occupancy is $1185; and triple occupancy is $853 per person. Included in the price is the following: To make a reservation, please complete the reservation form from one the previous issues of the Scottish Rite News and send in your check made out to “The Scottish Rite/Valley of Cleveland” for the appropriate down payment, to John Youngblood, Secretary, at the address shown on the reservation form. If you don’t have a form, please call the Scottish Rite office at (216) 432-2370 and ask for a reservation form for the Canada Excursion. One will be mailed out promptly. As in the past, we have set up a payment schedule. Equal payments of the balance are due on the 1st of March, April, May, and a final payment in full on June 1st. For reservations made after May 1st, the down payment per person is $520 plus the May 1st payment to be current with the payment schedule. The cancellation policy is a full refund if cancelled on or before May 1st, 2003. After May 1st, a $25 service fee will be charged. A cancellation after June 1st will require that a passenger be found before any refund can be made. Of course, anytime a replacement passenger is found, a full refund will be made. * * * Our triennial trip to see the Holiday Season Festival of Lights at Oglebay Park is scheduled for Saturday, December 6th. We have dinner reservations at The Wilson Lodge for 5:00 p.m. and the tour of the Festival of Lights set for 6:30 p.m. The cost per person for the trip is $48 and includes round trip Motor Coach transportation, dinner, tour of the Festival of Lights, taxes and gratuities. We plan on three (3) pickup locations. One on the East Side, One on the West Side, and at the BRT garage. Departure time is set for 11:30 a.m. sharp at all pickup points. We will make a short rest stop on the way and plan to arrive at the gift shops in Oglebay around 3:00 p.m. for some shopping time before dinner. There are 132 seats available.
