One of the highlights of the 2003 Annual meeting was the appointment of new brethren to the various lines of the Valley of Cleveland. Appointed Captain of the Guard of Ariel Chapter Rose Croix is Theodore D. Cutts. He was appointed by David W. Leifer, Most Wise Master of Ariel Chapter, Rose Croix. Appointed by Ronald R. Ebert, Commander in Chief of Lake Erie Consistory is Timothy M. Daley who previously served as Standard Bearer. Daley will assume his new duties as Captain of the Guard of Lake Erie Consistory.
