Passing The Torch. Jan Herbst, left, Past President, hands the reigns of the Ladies’ Association to Eula Brooks, right, at the Ladies’ Association annual meeting held September 9th at the Cleveland Masonic Center.   Installing Officer for the Ladies’ Association, Past President Bonnie Youngblood, left, congratulates Eula Brooks, newly installed president of the Ladies’ Association at the Annual meeting and installation of officers held September 9th.

Ron Sluga...one-man-band entertainer wowed the Scottish Rite ladies with a variety of religious, patriotic, polka and popular tunes on his guitar and banjo that had the gals singing along. Ron has been an entertainer for over 50 years and has been nominated for four Grammys. He was the Cleveland Polka Hall of Fame 2002 Best Vocalist and has received several other awards for his performances. He indicated to his audience that he too is dyslexic and his music helped him to overcome his handicap. It was a great show. Maybe he can come again.
