The Ross and Joyce Black Scholarship was established to provide college or trade school scholarships to graduating High School Seniors whose father, step-father, grandfather or step-grandfather are members of the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite, Valley of Cleveland, or who are a member of DeMolay, Rainbow or Jobs Daughters. It is non-renewable.

To be eligible for consideration, the applicant must submit the following:

• A completed Ross & Joyce Black Scholarship Form.
• A current high school transcript of grades including SAT/ACT Scores.
• One letter of recommendation from a Teacher or School Counselor.
• All materials MUST be received by March 31st, 2026
